      目的 探索基于互联网教育背景下的翻转课堂教学模式在肾内科研究生教学中的应用。方法 选取2018年7 月至2019 年7 月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院肾脏病中心轮转的70 名研究生随机分为实验组(基于互联网教育背景下的翻转课堂教学联合案例教学模式,35 名)和对照组(传统教学,35 名),课程结束后,比较两组研究生的理论和技能操作考试成绩,同时发放调查问卷,了解研究生对此教学模式的态度及收获。结果 观察组学生理论知识成绩(89.42±2.17)分、临床实践成绩(86.02±2.18)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在临床思维和创新能力(82.86%)、提高临床解决问题能力(88.57%)、提高评判性思维能力(94.3%)、临床实践能力(85.71%)、促进学习积极性(94.3%)和提高学习效率(91.43%)的教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于互联网教育背景下的翻转式教学模式在研究生教学中可显著提高教学效果,值得推广。

      Objective To investigate the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in postgraduate teaching of department of nephrology based on internet education background.Methods A total of 70 postgraduate students who were on duty in the Nephrology Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=35,students with flipped classroom teaching combined with case teaching mode in the background of internet education)and the control group(n=35,students with conventional teaching).After the course,the scores of theoretical and skill operation examinations of the two groups of postgraduate students were compared,and questionnaires were distributed to understand the attitudes and gains of postgraduate students towards this teaching mode.Results The theoretical knowledge and clinical practice scores of students in the ob servation group were(89.42±2.17)points and(86.02±2.18)points,which were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the teaching satisfaction in the ability of clinical thinking and innovation(82.86%),the ability of clinical problem solving(88.57%),the ability of critical thinking(94.3%),the ability of clinical practice(85.71%),the promotion of enthusiasm for learning(94.3%)and the improvement of learning efficiency(91.43%)of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching mode based on internet education can significantly improve the teaching effect in postgraduate students teaching,and it is worthy of promotion.
