      目的 探讨信息化追踪管理系统应用于消毒供应室外来器械管理中的效果。方法 回顾性分析2018 年2 月至2020 年8 月医院消毒供应室清洗处理的1200 件外来器械作为研究对象,其中2018 年2 月至2019 年6月采用传统方式进行质量管理者作为对照组,共600 件物品。2019 年7 月至2020 年8 月600 件外来器械采用信息化追踪管理系统进行集中处理者作为观察组。计录两组清洗合格率(目测法、5 倍放大镜法、ATP 生物荧光检测法)、损坏率、包装合格率、湿包率、发放合格率、手工作业时间、发放错误后纠错时间。结果 观察组采用目测法、5 倍放大镜法、ATP 生物荧光检测法物品清洗合格率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械损坏率为0.17%(1/600),明显低于对照组的1.12%(7/600),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组包装合格率为95.00%(570/600),明显高于对照组的91.00%(546/600),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组湿包率明显低于对照组,发放合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手工作业时间平均(1.58±0.41)h,明显短于对照组的(6.74±1.25)h,发放错误后纠错时间平均(0.82±0.11)h,明显短于对照组的(2.69±0.35)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 信息化追踪管理系统应用于消毒供应室外来器械管理中可显著提升器械清洗质量,降低器械损坏率,提高器械包装合格率和发放合格率,同时该方法还有助于及时发现问题和处理问题,具有较高应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of the information tracking management system in the management of the foreign equipment in the disinfection supply room.Methods A total of 1,200 foreign instruments cleaned in the disinfection supply room of the hospital from February 2018 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,the instruments with the traditional method of quality management from February 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled as the research control group,with a total of 600 items.From July 2019 to August 2020,600 foreign devices centrally processed using the information tracking management system were enrolled as the research observation group.Two sets of cleaning pass rates(visual inspection method,five times magnifying glass method,ATP biofluorescence detection method),damage rate,packaging pass rate,wet package rate,delivery pass rate,manual work time,and error correction time after delivery were recorded.Results The qualified cleaning rate of items in the observation group by visual inspection,five times magnifying glass,and ATP fluorescence detection method was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The equipment damage rate in the observation group was 0.17%(1/600),significantly lower than that(7/600)in the control group 1.12%,with significant difference(P<0.05).The packing pass rate of the observation group was 95.00%(570/600),which was significantly higher than that of 91.00%(546/600)in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The wet pack rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the distribution pass rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The average manual work time of the observation group was(1.58±0.41)h,which was significantly shorter than that of(6.74±1.25)h in the control group,and the error correction time after issuing errors was(0.82±0.11)h,which was significantly shorter than that of(2.69±0.35)h in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of information-based tracking management system to the management of foreign equipment in the disinfection supply can significantly improve the cleaning quality of equipment,reduce the rate of equipment damage,and increase the qualification rate of equipment packaging and distribution.At the same time,this method can also help to find problems and deal with them in time.It has a high application value.
