| 目的 探讨氯沙坦钾联合益肾化湿颗粒治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2017 年2 月至2019年2 月在我院接受治疗的60 例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象，并给予随机分组，对照组30 例，给予单纯氯沙坦钾治疗；干预组30 例，在对照组基础上加用益肾化湿颗粒治疗，对两组患者治疗前后的肾功能指标（24 h 尿蛋白、血肌酐、血钾指标）、炎症因子指标（IL-13、CRP、TNF-α）及临床治疗效果进行综合评价。结果 两组间24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐及血钾指标比较，治疗前差异无统计学意义，治疗后干预组明显改善，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者IL-13、CRP、TNF-α 水平经过治疗均降低，低于治疗前，干预组治疗后各项炎症因子水平较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预组治疗后有28 例患者显示有效，占93.3%，显著高于对照组的70.0%，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用氯沙坦钾联合益肾化湿颗粒治疗慢性肾小球肾炎，能够促进患者肾功能改善、降低炎症因子水平、安全性高、疗效优于单纯氯沙坦钾治疗，值得推广应用。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Losartan Potassium combined with Yishen Huashi granules in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the control group were treated with simple losartan potassium.30 cases in the intervention group were given Yishen Huashi granules based on the treatment of the control group.The renal function indexes（24 h urine protein,serum creatinine,serum potassium),inflammatory factors indexes（IL-13,CRP,TNF-α) and clinical treatment effects of the two groups before and after treatment were comprehensively evaluated.Results There were no differences in 24 h urine protein,serum creatinine,and serum potassium indexes between the two groups.The intervention group improved significantly after treatment，and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P＜0.05).The levels of IL-13,CRP,and TNF-α in the two groups were reduced after treatment,which were lower than those before treatment.The levels of various inflammatory factors in the intervention group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,28 patients in the intervention group showed effectiveness,accounted for 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 70.0% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Losartan potassium combined with Yishen Huashi granules in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can improve the renal function of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has high safety.Losartan potassium combined with Yishen Huashi granules has a better curative effect than Losartan potassium alone,and is worthy of promotion and application. |
