| 目的 系统评价氟米龙滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼的有效性和安全性。方法 按Cochrane 系统评价方法，检索Pubmed、Cochrane 图书馆、CBM、CNKI、VIP 和万方等数据库，纳入氟米龙滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼的随机对照研究，时间从2010 年1 月至2020 年1 月进行Meta 分析，采用RevMan5.3 软件。结果 共纳入7 篇随机对照试验，共659 例受试者，其中干预组336 例，对照组323 例。Meta 分析结果显示，氟米龙滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液在泪膜破裂时间[MD=3.11，95%CI（2.28～3.93），P＜0.00001]、泪液分泌试验[MD=1.63，95%CI（0.28～2.98），P＜0.05]、角膜荧光素染 色[MD=-1.01，95%CI（-1.61～0.42），P＜0.001]、总有效率[MD=5.34，95%CI（2.57～11.09），P＜0.00001]等方面更优。两组均无严重的不良反应。结论 氟米龙滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症优于单独用玻璃酸钠滴眼液。 |

| Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of fluorometholone eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eyes.Methods According to the Cochrane systematic review method，Pubmed，Cochrane Library，CBM，CNKI，VIP，Wanfang and other databases were searched，and the randomized controlled studies of fluorometholone eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eyes were included.The study period was from January 2010 to January 2020.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 7 randomized controlled trials with 659 subjects were included，including 336 subjects in the intervention group and 323 subjects in the control group.According to the meta-analysis results，the combination treatment of fluorometholone eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops showed superior performance in terms of tear film break-up time [MD=3.11，95%CI（2.28-3.93）， P＜0.00001]，tear secretion test [MD=1.63，95%CI（0.28-2.98），P＜0.05]，corneal fluorescein staining [MD=-1.01，95%CI（-1.61-0.42），P＜0.001] and total effective rate[MD=5.34，95%CI（2.57-11.09），P＜0.00001].There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of Flumetholone eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops is better than that of sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone in the treatment of dry eyes. |
