| 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者应用个性化综合饮食护理干预的临床效果。方法 筛选的90例病例均为九江市第一人民医院总院内分泌科2018 年6 月至2020 年12 月就诊的2型糖尿病患者。以随机数字表法分组，每组各45例，对照组以健康教育、用药指导、血糖、血压监测及运动指导等常规护理方式干预，观察组在对照组基础上以个性化综合饮食护理方案干预。比较两组患者血糖控制效果、对饮食知识的认知以及护理满意度及糖尿病并发症发生率等指标。结果 两组患者干预后的FBG、2 hPG 及HbA1c 较干预前均有不同程度降低，观察组指标均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组干预后患者对饮食知识的认知评分均较干预前明显提升，且观察组评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者对护理满意度评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对2型糖尿病患者进行常规护理基础上的个性化综合饮食护理干预，可提升患者对健康知识的认知，提升其饮食控制的自我管理能力和效果，达到较好的控制血糖，预防并发症的护理干预结局。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effect of personalized comprehensive diet nursing intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The 90 cases patients with type 2 diabetes who were selected in the Department of Endocrinology in the First People′s Hospital of Jiujiang City from June 2018 to December 2020.They were grouped by random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group intervened with health education,medication guidance,blood sugar,blood pressure monitoring,and exercise guidance.The observation group intervened with a personalized comprehensive diet nursing program based on the control group.The blood glucose control effect,cognition of dietary knowledge,nursing satisfaction,and diabetes complications incidence of the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results The FBG,2 hPG,and HbA1c of the two groups after the intervention were reduced to different degrees compared with those before the intervention,and the indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).After the intervention,the patients′cognitive scores of dietary knowledge in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention,and the observation group′s score was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The observation group′s nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Personalized comprehensive diet nursing intervention on the basis of routine care for patients with type 2 diabetes can improve patients' awareness of health knowledge,enhance their self-management ability and effect of diet control,achieve better blood sugar control and prevent complications Outcome of nursing intervention. |
