| 从医院工作实际分析，科学研究与新医疗技术引进存在差异，引进是重点。引进的新医疗技术属于临床医疗服务项目，故设立医疗技术伦理委员会可使该范围内伦理审查更具操作性，避免将成熟技术引进人为改变为研究。但伦理审查不可或缺，以保障医疗质量安全、提高医疗服务能力。审查重点是限制类医疗技术，不接受禁止类医疗项目；审查内容包括资质、设备条件及安全保障措施等；审查仍需遵循伦理学原则。 |

| According to the analysis on actual hospital work,it is found that there is a difference between scientific research and the introduction of new medical technology,and the introduction is considered as a focal point.Since the introduced new medical technology is a clinical medical service,the establishment of an ethics committee for medical technology can make the ethical review in this scope more operative and avoid artificially changing the mature technology to be introduced into research.However,ethical review is indispensable to ensure medical quality and safety and to improve medical service capacity.The review focuses on restricted medical technologies and excludes prohibited medical projects.The review content includes qualifications,equipment conditions and security measures,etc.The review still needs to follow ethical principles. |
