      目的 探讨微创经皮钢板接骨术联合超声定位透药法对四肢骨折疗效及术后肿胀影响。方法 选取2018年6 月至2020 年6 月我院收治的60例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组30例给予微创经皮钢板接骨术治疗,研究组30例给予微创经皮钢板接骨术联合超声定位透药法治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、术后肿胀评分、围术期指标及并发症总发生率情况。结果 ①研究组总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②研究组在术后1、3、7、14 d 肿胀评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③研究组手术时间、骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④研究组并发症总发生率为3.3%,明显低于对照组的23.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微创经皮钢板接骨术联合超声定位透药法对四肢骨折疗效显著,能降低术后肿胀程度,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,减少并发症的发生,促进患者骨骼愈合,具有一定的临床意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with ultrasound-based drug delivery on limb fractures and postoperative swelling.Methods A total of sixty patients with limb fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty cases in the control group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis.Thirty cases in the study group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with ultrasound-based drug delivery.The clinical efficacy,postoperative swelling score,perioperative indicators,and total incidence of complications in the two groups were observed.Results (1)The total effective rate of the study group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that (63.3%) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The swelling scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1,3,7,and 14 d after operation,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3)The operation time,and fracture healing time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).(4)Total complications incidence rate in the study group(3.3%)was significantly lower than that(23.3%)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with ultrasound-based drug delivery has a significant effect on extremity fractures.It can reduce postoperative swelling,shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce complications,and promote bone healing in patients,which has a certain clinical significance.
