      目的 探讨并分析蚌埠市三级甲等医院手术室护士情绪耗竭现状及其与情绪管理的相关性。方法 研究对象为对蚌埠市3 所三级甲等医院的手术室护士,2020年6—12月期间对其采用一般调查问卷、护理人员情绪耗竭测评量表和情绪管理测评问卷(护士版)进行问卷调查,调查并分析手术室护士的情绪耗竭和情绪管理水平。结果 286 名手术室护士情绪耗竭总得分为(39.15±9.64)分,情绪智力得分为(51.22±10.09)分,二者总分及各维度之间均呈负相关(P<0.05);单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、工作年限、最高学历、护理职称的手术室护士情绪耗竭得分不同(P<0.05);多元逐步回归分析结果显示,情绪管理可解释情绪耗竭得分37.5%的变异(P<0.05)。结论 情绪耗竭对手术室护士情绪管理能力有一定影响,可考虑通过制定有助于提升手术室护士情绪管理水平的策略间接降低其出现情绪耗竭的风险。护理管理者可从多方面采取干预措施促进其情绪管理能力的提升,促进手术室护理队伍的稳定发展。

      Objective To explore and analyze the current situation of emotional exhaustion of nurses in the operating room of a first-class tertiary hospital in Bengbu City and its correlation with emotional management.Methods The subjects of the study were the operating room nurses of a first-class tertiary hospital in Bengbu City.From June to December 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted on general questionnaires,nursing staff emotional exhaustion assess ment scale,and emotional management assessment questionnaire(nurse version).The emotional exhaustion and emotional management level of nurses in the operating room were investigated and analyzed.Results The total score of emotional exhaustion of 286 operating room nurses was (39.15±9.64)points,and the score of emotional intelligence was (51.22±10.09)points.The total score and each dimension between the two groups was negatively correlated (P<0.05).The uni variate analysis results showed that operating room nurses of different ages,working years,highest education,and nursing titles had different emotional exhaustion scores (P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis results showed that emotional management could explain 37.5% of the variance in emotional exhaustion scores (P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional exhaustion has a certain impact on the emotional management ability of operating room nurses.It can be considered to indirectly reduce the risk of emotional exhaustion by developing strategies that can help improve the emotional management level of operating room nurses.Nursing managers can take intervention measures from many aspects to promote the improvement of their emotional management capabilities and promote the stable development of the nursing team in the operating room.
