| 跟骨位于足的后方，是足部跗骨中最大的一块骨骼，骨皮质较薄，内部的骨小梁稀疏。跟骨骨折占全身骨折的2%，约75%为关节内骨折，多由坠落伤或暴力挤压导致，骨折后局部剧烈疼痛、肿胀，皮下可见淤血，常伴脊柱、骨盆等部位骨折。骨折若复位不良，会引起创伤性关节炎，导致足部疼痛、功能障碍，致残率较高。无移位的跟骨骨折可选择保守治疗，小腿石膏托制动固定4～6 周，待临床愈合后即拆除石膏，一般在伤后12 周以后下地行走。对于严重的关节面损伤伴压缩的骨折治疗比较困难，为了避免复位后位置的丢失在跟骨外侧入路切开复位钢板螺钉内固定基础上可以进行植骨。植骨材料可以使用自体骨、异体骨或人工骨材料。本文希望通过对1 例植入硫酸钙人工骨致跟骨骨折术后骨不连的病例进行分析，总结更多的经验。 |

| Located at the back of the foot，the calcaneus is the largest of the tarsals of the foot，with a thin bone cortex and sparse internal trabeculae.Calcaneal fracture accounts for 2% of the total body fracture，and about 75% is intra-articular fracture，which is mostly caused by falling injury or violent extrusion.After fracture，local severe pain and swelling can be felt，and subcutaneous congestion can be seen，often accompanied by fractures of the spine，pelvis and other parts.If the fracture reduction is not good，it will cause traumatic arthritis，resulting in foot pain，dysfunction，and a relatively high disability rate.Non-displaced calcaneal fractures may be treated conservatively and immobilized for 4 to 6 weeks with a plaster brace on the lower leg.After clinical healing，the cast can be removed.Generally，the patient can walk 12 weeks after the injury.It is difficult to treat severe articular surface injury accompanied by compression fracture.In order to avoid loss of position after reduction，bone grafting can be performed on the basis of open reduction plate and screw internal fixation with a lateral approach to the calcaneus.Bone grafting materials can be autogenous，allogeneic or artificial bone materials.This paper aims to summarize more experience by analyzing a case of postoperative nonunion of calcaneal fracture caused by the implantation of calcium sulfate artificial bone. |
