精子作为生殖过程中不可或缺的雄性配子,其正常的形态结构与核染色质决定了生殖能力及子代安全,因此畸形精子与精子脱氧核糖核酸(Deoxyribonucleic acid,DNA)损伤是引起不育的重要原因。一直以来,精子形态是影响男性生育力及生殖结局的重要指标,严格的精子形态在自然受孕及辅助生殖技术(Assisted reproductive technology,ART)治疗中有重要的预测价值,但孤立的使用精子形态来预测生殖结局有其局限性。近年来随着精子研究的深入,精子DNA 在生殖中的作用引起了越来越多的重视,特别在胚胎发育及妊娠结局方面,相比精子形态有着更好的预测作用。本文主要就畸形精子与DNA 损伤的机制以及它们对生殖的影响作一综述。 |

Sperm is an indispensable male gamete in the reproductive process.Its normal morphology and nuclear chromatin determine the reproductive ability and the safety of offspring.Therefore,abnormal sperm and sperm deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) damage is an important cause of infertility.Sperm morphology has always been an important indicator that affects male fertility and reproductive outcomes.Strict sperm morphology has significant predictive value in natural conception and assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatments.However,the isolated use of sperm morphology to predict reproductive outcome has its limitations.In recent years,with the deepening of sperm research,the role of sperm DNA in reproduction has attracted more and more attention,especially in embryonic development and pregnancy outcome.It has a better predictive effect than sperm morphology.This article mainly reviews the mechanisms of abnormal sperm and DNA damage and their effects on reproduction. |
