| 目的 观察畲药益肾方治疗慢性肾脏病3 期患者微炎症状态的临床疗效。方法 选取2018 年6 月至2020年5 月我院脾肾气虚、湿瘀痹阻型CKD 3 期患者76 例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各38 例。对照组给予常规基础治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联用畲药益肾方，疗程8 周。观察两组治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及中医证候积分的变化。结果 治疗后两组患者TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP 较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，治疗组TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP 明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后两组患者Scr、BUN 较治疗前明显降低，GFR 较治疗前明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且治疗后治疗组Scr、BUN 明显低于对照组，GFR 水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。在改善中医证候方面，治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗期间两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论 畲药益肾方治疗慢性肾脏病3 期患者能够较好地减轻微炎症状态、改善中医症状，保护肾功能，不良反应少，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of She Medicine Yishen Recipe on microinflammation in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) at stage Ⅲ.Methods A total of 76 patients with CKD at stage Ⅲof spleen and kidney qi deficiency and dampness and stasis obstruction type in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic treatment,while the treatment group was combined with She Medicine Yishen Recipe on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.The changes of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),high sen sitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the both groups were lower than those before treatment，with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the Scr and BUN in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while GFR was significantly higher than that before treatment,with statistical significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment,Scr and BUN in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and GFR levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significanct difference (P<0.05).In improving TCM symptoms,the clinical effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion She Medicine Yishen Recipe can reduce microinflammation,improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and protect renal function of patients with CKD at stage Ⅲ,with few adverse reactions and good safety.It is worthy of clinical application. |
