| 目的 分析原发性胆汁性胆管炎与25-（OH）维生素D、抗线粒体抗体M2（AMA-M2）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、免疫球蛋白M（IgM）间的相关性。方法 收集2018 年1 月至2019 年12 月28 例本院原发性胆汁性胆管炎患者（A 组）、20 例肝硬化患者（B组）、20 例健康体检（C 组）进行研究，均检测抗线粒体抗体、25-（OH）维生素D、IgM、ALP 等指标，对比研究分析检验结果。结果 ①A 组AMA、AMA-M2 阳性率高于B 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。②三组受检者间25-（OH）维生素D、IgM、ALP 水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；A 组与B 组间AST 水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 原发性胆汁性胆管炎与25-（OH）维生素D、AMA-M2、ALP、IgM 间有着密切关系，联合检测比单一的指标检测，能更好地为临床争取早期诊断、治疗，提供新的思路和科学依据，建议临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To analyze the relationship between primary biliary cholangitis and 25-(OH)vitamin D,antimitochondrial antibody M2(AMA-M2),alkaline phosphatase (ALP),immunity globulin M (IgM).Methods A total of 28 patients with primary biliary cholangitis (group A),20 patients with liver cirrhosis(group B),and 20 physical examinations(group C) in our hospital From January 2018 to December 2019 were collected for research.Anti-mitochondrial antibodies,25-(OH) vitamin D,IgM,and ALP were tested.The results were compared and analyzed.Results ①The positive rate of AMA and AMA-M2 in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②The 25-(OH) vitamin D,IgM,and ALP levels of the three groups were significantly different,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was significant difference in the AST levels between group A and group B (P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between primary biliary cholangitis and 25-(OH) vitamin D,AMA-M2,ALP and IgM.Combined detection is better than single index detection.The former can better fight for early diagnosis and treatment in the clinic,provide new ideas and scientific basis,and it is recommended for clinical promotion and application. |
