| 目的 探讨对接受CT 增强扫描的患者，实施操作流程的改造干预的检查效果。方法 以2017 年1—12 月为操作流程改造前，2019 年1—12 月为操作流程改造后，改造前后均选择200 例受检患者作为研究对象。对改造前接受CT 增强扫描的对象依照常规流程检查，改造后采用常规流程经优化的方式检查，对比改造前后检查效率及患者的满意度情况。结果 改造后CT 检查流程花费时间、占用检查床时间和患者平均等候时间均显著短于改造前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。改造后健康教育率、分时段预约率、准备完好率均高于改造前，重复扫描率低于改造前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。改造后的患者对检查操作流程的满意度为97.50%，显著高于改造前的89.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对CT 增强扫描的操作流程进行改造有助于提高检查效率及患者满意度，值得推广。 |

| Objective To investigate the impact of intervention examination by reforming the operation flow for patients undergoing enhanced CT scanning.Methods January to December 2017 was taken as the pre-reform period of the operation flow,and January to December 2019 was taken as the post-reform period of the operation flow.A total of 200 patients were selected as the research objects before and after the reform.The patients undergoing enhanced CT scanning before the reform were examined according to the conventional procedure,while those after the reform were examined in an optimized way through the conventional procedure.The examination efficiency and patients′ satisfaction before and after the reform were compared.Results The time spent in CT examination process,table time occupied and average waiting time of patients after the reform were all significantly shorter than those before the reform,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The health education rate,reservation rate by period and readiness rate after the reform were significantly higher than before,and the repeated scanning rate after reform was significantly lower than that before reform,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The patients′ satisfaction with the examination procedure after the reform was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of 89.00% before the reform,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of the operation flow of CT enhanced scanning is helpful to improve the efficiency of examination and patients′ satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion. |
