Objective To analyze the depression and influencing factors in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods Forty-eight patients with liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research subjects.HAMD-24 scale was used to evaluate the depression of patients, and the number of patients with score >20 was counted. The general information, the clinical information, and the level of the knowledge, attitude and practice of patients towards liver cirrhosis were recorded.Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used to analyze the relevant factors of depression in patients with liver cirrhosis. Results ①Among the 48 patients,11 patients with score≤20 were divided into the control group, and 37 patients with score>20 were divided into the research group.②In patients with college and above education degree, the course of disease >5 years, complications, and Child grade C,the proportion of depression score in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statically significant difference (P<0.05).③Multivariate analysis showed that high education degree, long course of disease, with complications and high Child grade were risk factors for depression in patients with liver cirrhosis, while high level of knowledge, attitude and practice was a protective factor(P<0.05).④There was a significant positive correlation between the degree of depression and Child grade (r=0.836,P<0.05).Conclusion Most patients with liver cirrhosis have different degrees of depression.Education background, course of disease, complications,Child grade, level of knowledge, attitude and practice towards liver cirrhosis all influence the depression. In clinical work, corresponding health education should be carried out according to the specific situation of patients, especially for patients with high risk,so as to improve the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of patients, alleviate the depression of patients, and improve the quality of life. |
