| 目的 探讨对幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者应用清胃祛湿颗粒联合铋剂四联治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法 抽取确诊为Hp 阳性慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者130 例入组研究，均为本院2018 年10 月至2019 年9 月期间收治，随机分两组，对照组（n=65，单纯应用铋剂四联治疗）与观察组（n=65，应用清胃祛湿颗粒联合铋剂四联治疗），比较两组疗效及安全性。结果 观察组患者Hp 根除率及总有疗效经评估均高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的各项症状积分及总积分经测评比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后，两组积分均有下降，相较对照组，观察组呈更低水平（P<0.05）；观察组Hp 根除患者半年内复发率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗期间，观察组未出现不良反应，对照组8 例患者出现不良反应。结论 对幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性非萎缩性胃炎予清胃祛湿颗粒联合铋剂四联治疗，可增强疗效，改善临床症状，降低复发率，安全性较高，十分具有推广意义。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of stomach-clearing dampness-dispelling granules combined with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy on patients with Hp positive CNAG.Methods A total of 130 patients who were diagnosed with Hp positive CNAG and admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were extracted into groups for research.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group (n=65,bismuthcontaining quadruple therapy applied singly) and the observation group (n=65,stomach-clearing dampness-dispelling granules combined with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy applied).The therapeutic effects and safety were contrasted between the two groups.Results The eradication rate of Hp and total therapeutic effects in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after evaluation(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistically significant differences were observed in various symptom scores and total scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of both groups were decreased,and a lower level was presented in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of Hp eradication patients in the observation group within six months was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no adverse reactions were observed in the observation group,while 8 patients with adverse reactions were observed in the control group.Conclusion The stomach-clearing dampness-dispelling granules combined with bismuthcontaining quadruple therapy on patients with Hp positive CNAG can enhance the therapeutic effect,relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,and is of high safety,which is of great significance for promotion. |
