| 目的 了解2018—2019 年本溪市儿童青少年超重和肥胖情况，并分析其影响因素。为防控儿童青少年超重和肥胖提供相应的策略措施。方法 采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法，抽取2018-2019 年本溪市9～18 岁儿童青少年，并对其进行体格检查和问卷调查。本次调查共回收问卷分别为2985 份和3489 份。利用Logistic 回归分析儿童青少年超重和肥胖的影响因素。结果 2018 和2019 年本溪市儿童青少年超重和肥胖分别为38.23%、41.79%，年增长率为3.56%。多因素分析发现，影响本溪市儿童青少年超重和肥胖的主要因素有营养不良、城乡分类、年龄分类、性别、吃甜食情况。其中，营养良好为其保护性因素，而郊县、13～18 岁、性别女、爱吃甜食是其危险性因素。结论 本溪市儿童青少年超重和肥胖率相对较高，应尽快采取有效的防控措施，消除不良因素影响，有效降低儿童青少年超重和肥胖的发生。 |

| Objective To understand the overweight and obesity status of children and adolescents in Benxi City from 2018 to 2019 and analyze the influencing factors,to provide corresponding strategies and measures to prevent and control overweight and obesity in children and adolescents.Methods A multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select children and adolescents aged 9-18 in Benxi City from 2018 to 2019.The physical examinations and questionnaire surveys were conducted.A total of 2985 and 3489 questionnaires were returned in this survey.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of overweight and obesity in children and adolescents.Results In 2018 and 2019,the overweight and obesity of children and adolescents in Benxi City accounted for 38.23%and 41.79%,respectively,with an annual growth rate of 3.56%.Multi-factor analysis found that the main factors affecting overweight and obesity in children and adolescents in Benxi City were malnutrition,urban and rural classification,age classification,gender,and sweets eating.Among them,good nutrition was a protective factor,while suburbs,13-18 years old,female gender,and sweet tooth were the risk factors.Conclusion The rates of overweight and obesity in children and adolescents in Benxi City are relatively high.Effective prevention and control measures should be taken as soon as possible to eliminate the influence of adverse factors and effectively reduce the incidence of overweight and obesity in children and adolescents. |
