      目的 分析新生儿黄疸治疗过程中蓝光照射联合白蛋白治疗取得的临床治疗效果。方法 以本院确诊为新生儿黄疸的88 例患儿作为研究对象,其入院治疗时间为2020 年1 月至2020 年8 月,选用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,对照组为采取蓝光照射与茵栀黄治疗,观察组采取蓝光照射与白蛋白治疗,对比评估两组患儿的治疗效果,以临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗前后胆红素指标波动情况及临床治疗相关指标。结果 治疗后,观察组的临床治疗有效率与明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿蓝光照射时间、黄疸消退时间、住院治疗时间比较,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿胆红素指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者患儿的胆红素指标和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在新生儿黄疸治疗过程中联合应用蓝光照射及白蛋白治疗对改善黄疸等临床症状具有积极影响,可进一步提升患儿治疗效果,具有较高的安全性,可有效降低胆红素水平,在临床实践过程中可广泛推广应用。

      Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of combined application of blue light irradiation and albumin in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods 88 children patients who were diagnosed with neonatal jaundice in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.His admission for treatment was from January 2020 to August 2020.The random number table method was selected as the grouping method of this controlled study.The selected subjects were divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group.After the group was divided,the proportion of both groups of children patients was ensured equal.The patients undergoing blue light irradiation and Yinzhihuang therapy were included in the control group.The patients undergoing blue light irradiation and albumin were included in the observation group.The therapeutic effect was compared and evaluated between the two groups of patients.The effective rate of clinical treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,the fluctuation of bilirubin index before and after treatment,and the relevant indices of clinical treatment were used as specific evaluation bases.Results After the treatment measures were taken,the effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the probability of adverse reactions was compared and analyzed,and the observation group was much lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the blue light irradiation time,jaundice resolution time,and length of stay in both groups of children patients were analyzed and evaluated,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);before the treatment measures were taken,there was no statistically significant difference in bilirubin index and other related values between the two groups of children(P>0.05);after the treatment measures were taken,the bilirubin index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of blue light irradiation and albumin treatment in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has a positive effect on improving clinical symptoms such as jaundice,and can further improve the therapeutic effect of children patients.This treatment method has a higher safety in the application process,can effectively reduce the level of bilirubin,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
