| 目的 分析蛭蛇通络胶囊联合针刺疗法治疗气虚血瘀型中风的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年10月至2019年10月我院收治的气虚血瘀型中风的患者120例，随机分为试验组60例及对照组60例。两组均给予中医针刺疗法，试验组加用蛭蛇通络胶囊进行治疗，两组疗程均为2周。比较两组总有效率、中风症状评分、3个月后康复情况。结果 试验组总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组中风症状评分各项得分均高于治疗前，且试验组神志状态、语言表达、上肢肩关节、下肢趾间关节、综合功能、总积分得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组3个月后中风症状评分各项得分均高于出院时，且试验组神志状态、语言表达、上肢肩关节、下肢髋关节、下肢趾间关节、综合功能、总积分得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 蛭蛇通络胶囊联合针刺疗法治疗气虚血瘀型中风疗效显著，且有助于患者肢体语言等功能的恢复，提高患者生活质量，预后效果好，值得在临床中推广使用。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Zhishe Tongluo Capsule combined with acupuncture in treating stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 120 patients treated in our hospital with the stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into 60 cases in the test group and 60 cases in the control group.Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.The test group was added with Zhishe Tongluo Capsule.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The total effective rate,stroke symptom scores and patients′ recovery after three months were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the test group was 96.67%,which was statistically significant higher than 80.00% of the control group(P＜0.05).The score of each section in the stroke symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant higher than before,while the scores of mental state,language expression,upper limb shoulder joint,lower limb interdigital joint,comprehensive function,and total points of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The score of each section in the stroke symptom scores of the two groups recovery after three months were statistically significant higher than the time of discharged,while the scores of mental state,language expression,upper limb shoulder joint,lower limb hip joint,lower limb interdigital joint,comprehensive function,and total points of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Zhishe Tongluo Capsule combined with acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis stroke.It can help patients recover body language functions,improve the quality of life of patients and has a good prognostic effect.It is worth promoting in the clinic. |
