      目的 探讨血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)结合性激素评估长期从事美业人员(美容、美发、美甲等)卵巢功能的效果。方法 2019年3—10月招募从事美业行业志愿者100名作为实验组,同期选取来长治市人民医院体检的非美业人员60名作为对照组。时间分辨荧光免疫分析法测定抗苗勒管激素,化学发光法测定性激素,主要包括卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)。根据职业不同分为实验组和对照组,后根据工作年限不同将实验组分为A组(≥5年且<10年)和B组(≥10年),比较各组AMH和性激素水平。并计算实验组和对照组AMH<1.1 ng/mL和FSH/LH≥2的发生率。结果 实验组AMH值水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组LH、FSH水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组AMH<1.1 ng/mL患者的AMH平均水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组AMH<1.1 ng/mL及FSH/LH≥2发生率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着工作年限的延长,B组AMH水平明显低于A组,FSH水平明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LH水平也有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 暴露于化学制品的美业人员对其卵巢功能有一定影响,其影响力随工作年限逐渐增加。

      Objective To explore serum anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) and sex hormones in evaluating the ovarian function of people who have long been engaged in the beauty industry (beauty,hairdressing,nail art).Methods From March to October in 2019,one hundred volunteers engaged in the beauty industry were recruited as the experimental group.Simultaneously,a total of 60 non-beauty industry personnel who came to Changzhi People′s Hospital for physical examination during this period were selected as the control group.The anti-mullerian hormone was measured by timeresolved fluorescence immunoassay.The main sex hormones measured by chemiluminescence were follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH).According to different occupations,they were divided into experimental group and control group.Then according to different working years,the experimental group was divided into group A(≥5 years and <10 years) and group B (≥10 years).The incidences of AMH<1.1 ng/mL and FSH/LH≥2 in experimental group and control group were calculated.Results The level of AMH in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the level of LH and FSH in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average level of AMH in the experimental group with AMH<1.1 ng/mL was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of AMH<1.1 ng/mL and FSH/LH≥2 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).With the extension of working years,the level of AMH in group B was significantly lower than that in group A,the level of FSH was significantly higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the level of LH was also increased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Exposure to chemicals has a certain effect on the ovarian function of beauty professionals,and their influence gradually increases with working years.
