| 目的 探讨银杏叶片联合左西孟旦治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的慢性心衰患者366例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各183例。对照组给予左西孟旦治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联用银杏叶片，比较两组患者的左室射血分（LVEF）、左室舒张末径（LVED）、血清内皮素（ET-1）、N末端B型利钠肽原（NT-proBNP），比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗前，两组患者LVEF、LVED、NT-proBNP和ET-1比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的LVED、LVEF明显升高，NT-proBNP、ET-1显著降低（P＜0.05），且观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率为90.16%，对照组为67.21%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 银杏叶片联合左西孟旦可明显改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状，改善其心功能，临床疗效较优，临床应用价值较高。 |

| Objective To explore clinical efficacy of ginkgo leaf tablet combined with levosimendan in treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods A total of 366 patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research objects and they were randomLy divided into the observation group (n=183)and the control group (n=183).The control group was treated with levosimendan and the observation group was treated with ginkgo leaf tablet on the basis of the control group.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic(LVED),serum endothelin(ET-1),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and the clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups in LVEF,LVED,NT-proBNP and ET-1(P＜0.05),but LVED,LVEF significantuy increased,NT-proBNP and ET-1 significantly decreased after treatment in both groups and those indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.16%,and that of the control group was 67.21%,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo leaf tablet combined with levosimendan can improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients with CHF,with a good clinical efficacy and application value. |
