| 目的 探讨优质护理模式对小儿支气管肺炎疗效及肺功能的影响。方法 选取2018 年5 月至2020 年5 月泰安市妇幼保健院哮喘门诊小儿支气管肺炎患儿100 例，随机分为试验组（n=50）和对照组（n=50），对照组治疗中配合常规护理，试验组在治疗中配合优质护理，比较两组小儿支气管肺炎患儿的总有效率、肺功能指标水平及护理总满意率。结果 试验组小儿支气管肺炎患儿的总有效率为98.00%，高于对照组的86.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组干预后的PEF 水平为（5.61±0.70）L/s、FVC 水平为（3.52±0.47）L、FEV1 水平为（3.68±0.51）L，高于对照组的（4.87±0.61）L/s、（3.11±0.44）L、（3.14±0.46）L；两组干预后肺功能指标水平均高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组护理总满意率为96.00%，高于对照组的82.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 小儿支气管肺炎患儿接受优质护理干预，可提高治疗效果、更好地改善肺功能指标水平、提高患儿家属的护理总满意率，值得推广。 |

| Objective To explore the influence of high-quality nursing model on the curative effect and lung function of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchopneumonia in asthma clinic of Tai′an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into the study group(n=50) and the control group (n=50).The control group received routine nursing while the study group received high-quality nursing.The differences of total effective rate,lung function index and total nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of children with bronchopneumonia in the experimental group was 98.00%,which was statistically significantly higher than 86.00% in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of PEF,FVC and FEV1 of the study group were (5.61±0.70) L/s,(3.52±0.47) L and (3.68±0.51) L after intervention,which were statistically significantly higher than (4.87±0.61) L/s,(3.11±0.44) L and (3.14±0.46) L in the control group;the levels of PEF,FVC and FEV1 of the two groups were statistically significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was statistically significantly higher than 82.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect,the level of lung function indicators of children with bronchopneumonia,and increase the total nursing satisfaction rate of patients′families,which is worth of promoting. |
