目的 探讨情景体验式教学结合PBL 教学模式应用于神经外科临床实习中的效果。方法 选取2018 年12 月至2019 年8 月在贵州中医药大学第一附属医院神经外科轮转实习的贵州中医药大学实习生80 例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法,将实习生分为对照组和观察组,每组各40 例。对照组以传统方式进行教学,观察组采用情景体验式教学结合PBL 教学法进行授课,比较两组的效果评价及能力考核分数。结果 两组对情景体验式教学的了解程度和对PBL 教学的了解程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组教学满意度、教学方式满意度、教师教学满意度、课堂愉悦满意度、结合教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论与考核分数均显著高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 情景体验式教学结合PBL 教学法,可显著提高学生的满意度及能力考核分数。 |

Objective To explore the effect of situational experiential teaching combined with PBL teaching mode in clinical neurosurgery practice.Methods A total of 80 interns from Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who had a rotating internship in Department of Neurosurgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the interns were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 people in each group.The control group was given the teaching in the conventional way.The observation group was given the situational experience teaching combined with PBL teaching mode.The efficacy evaluation and the ability assessment score were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference between the observation group and the control group in the knowledge of situational experience teaching and PBL teaching mode(P>0.05).There were differences in the satisfaction of teaching,satisfaction of teaching method,satisfaction of teacher teaching,satisfaction of classroom pleasure and satisfaction of combination teaching mode,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical and ability assessment scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The situational experience teaching combined with the PBL teaching mode can significantly improve students′ satisfaction and ability assessment score. |
