| 目的 分析老年高血压患者降压治疗特点，评价氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗的整体效果，优化老年高血压患者降压治疗方案。方法 选择我院2019 年6 月至2020 年1 月收治治疗的110 例老年高血压患者，按照随机数字表法进行分组，对照组（n=55）行贝那普利治疗，研究组（n=55）老年行氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗。比较两组患者的治疗情况，包括治疗效果、不良反应以及血压、血管内皮功能指标改善情况。结果 治疗前，组间血压指标、血管内皮功能指标水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，研究组血压指标以及血管内皮功能指标改善，优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组老年高血压患者治疗后总有效率（98.18% vs.81.81%）比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.182，P=0.0042）。两组老年高血压患者不良反应总发生率（1.82% vs.20.00%）比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.354，P=0.0022）。结论 对比单一降压药物治疗，氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗老年高血压降压效果显著，可以改善血管内皮功能，且用药安全性获得保障。 |

| Objective To analyze the characteristics of antihypertensive treatment in elderly hypertensive patients,to evaluate the overall effect of amLodipine combined with benazepril treatment,and to optimize the antihypertensive treatment plan for elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 110 elderly hypertensive patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected,and grouped with random number table method.The control group(n=55) was treated with benazepril in elderly hypertensive patients.The study group(n=55) was treated with amLodipine combined with benazepril in elderly hypertensive patients.The treatment conditions were compared between the two groups of elderly hypertensive patients,including the therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,and improvement of blood pressure and vascular endothelial function.Results Before treatment,the blood pressure indices and vascular endothelial function indices were compared between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure indices and vascular endothelial function indices between the groups were improved and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups of elderly hypertensive patients after treatment was 98.18% vs.81.81%.After statistical calculation,the difference was statistically significant (χ2=8.182,P=0.0042).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of elderly hypertensive patients was 1.82% vs.20.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.354,P=0.0022).Conclusion Compared with single antihypertensive drug treatment,amLodipine combined with benazepril has a significant antihypertensive effect in the treatment of elderly hypertension,which can improve vascular endothelial function,and the safety of medication is guaranteed. |
