| 目的 探讨金鱼外洗方联合滋养精华乳治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效。方法 将2017 年10 月至2019 年10 月本院门诊收治的144 例婴幼儿湿疹作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组（n=52）、对照组A（n=43）、对照组B（n=49）三组。治疗组给予金鱼外洗方联合滋养精华乳，对照组A 单纯给予金鱼方外洗，对照组B 单纯给予滋养精华乳外涂。比较三组患儿临床疗效和临床症候评分。结果 对照组A、B 治疗总有效率均低于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗第1 天，三组自觉症状、他觉症状评分相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗第7 天、治疗第14 天，三组自觉症状、他觉症状评分均较治疗第1 天低（P＜0.05）；治疗第7、14 天，对照组A、B 自觉症状、他觉症状评分均高于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 金鱼外洗方联合滋养精华乳治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效较显著，能有效缓解患儿临床症状，改善皮肤状态，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk in the treatment of infantile eczema.Methods A total of 144 cased of infantile eczema treated in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into three groups using a random number table method,including the treatment group (n=52),the control group A (n=43),and the control group B(n=49).The treatment group was treated with Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk.The control group A was treated with simply Jin Yu Waixi Recipe.The control group B applied nourishing essence milk externally.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptom scores of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group A and B was lower than that in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).On the first day of treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of subjective symptoms and other symptoms among each group (P>0.05).The scores of each group on the 7th and 14th days of treatment were lower than those on the first day of treatment(P<0.05).The scores of subjective symptoms and other symptoms in the control group A and B were higher than those in the treatment group on the 7th and 14th days of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk has a significant effect on the treatment of infant eczema,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children and improve the skin condition.It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
