| 目的 探讨RDW 与急性ST 段抬高型心肌梗死新发心房颤动（AF）的相关性，识别和发现急性ST 段抬高型心肌梗死新发AF 风险更多的危险因素。方法 选取2016 年2 月至2018 年12 月我院心内科连续入选490 例ST 段抬高型心肌梗死患者，根据是否新发AF，对患者临床特征及相关血液检测指标RDW 进行Logistic 回归分析，筛选引起新发AF 的危险因素。结果 入选患者中，有新发AF 者50 例，无新发AF 者440 例。单因素分析显示，两组年龄、高血压史、心衰史Killip 分级及RDW 比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。Logistic 回归分析显示，RDW OR＝1.48（95%CI：1.13～2.37），年龄OR＝1.57（95%CI：1.07～2.76），Killip 分级OR＝3.64（95%CI：2.12～7.38），血压OR＝1.85（95%CI：1.47～5.94）。结论 RDW 为急性ST 段抬高型心肌梗死新发心房颤动的独立危险因素。 |

| Objective To explore the correlation between RDW and new onset of atrial fibrillation(AF) in myocardial infarction with the type of acute ST-segment elevation,and to identify and discover more risk factors for new onset of AF in myocardial infarction with the type of acute ST-segment elevation.Methods From February 2016 to December 2018,a total of 490 patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction were continuously enrolled in the cardiology department of our hospital.According to whether there was new onset of AF,Logistic regression analysis was performed on the clinical characteristics of the patients and the relevant blood test index RDW,and the risk factors that caused new onset of AF was screened.Results Among the selected patients,50 cases had new onset of AF and 440 cases had no new onset of AF.Univariate analysis showed that the differences in age,hypertension,heart failure,Killip grading and RDW between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed RDW OR=1.48 (95%CI:1.13-2.37),age OR=1.57 (95%CI:1.07-2.76),Killip grading OR=3.64(95%CI:2.12-7.38),and blood pressure OR=1.85(95%CI:1.47-5.94).Conclusion RDW is an independent risk factor for new onset of atrial fibrillation in myocardial infarction with acute ST-segment elevation. |
